Original concept I developed based off the companies core values to incentivize the staff. They each received a KARE pack to kick off the concept full of treats and items to take on the go in the mobile work environment. Program outline is below is an engaging game to drive results!

Example of an internal resume workbook I built for the District to develop MITs and SMITs. The section displays the People management covering in-depth hiring need and talent analysis, scheduling and payroll management.
Soft Skill Development Sample
I facilitated monthly District training calls for both Urban Outfitters and Enjoy. Agendas were based off need analysis or company directives.
Behavioral Hire Project Sample
This original project was a hiring training program for department managers to identify desired behavioral skills needed for optimal performance, while building a balanced team for a productive work environment. Once hired the development phase began by identifying strengths and opportunity to build each employees skills to the TNT, a balance of the two behaviors. This project was a full life cycle playbook systemizing the hiring and development process, allowing Store Managers easier need analysis tracking and feed back on effective people management.
